Evensong Jubilate

At Storkyrkan, we are pleased to dedicate ourselves to the special form of evening prayer service known in English as Evensong. In connection with the Stockholm Diocese Church Music Festival Jubilate, we want to celebrate this special service format, but with a Swedish musical dialect. Agneta Sköld has contributed the liturgical music, and in addition, we will have Anna Holm, last year’s recipient of the St. Cecilia Prize, as the organ soloist. This year’s prize will be presented by Bishop Andreas Holmberg during the evening’s Evensong.

The 2025 Jubilate is organized by the Diocese of Stockholm, the Royal College of Music, Stockholm Church Music Association, the Stockholm Church Musicians’ Association (KMR), the Stockholm Cathedral Parish, and Sensus.
