  • How do I order tickets from this website?<\/strong>
    \nFind the concert that you want to buy a ticket for. Click on\u00a0BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE<\/strong>.
    \nWe recommend buying on the arena plan \u2013 where you actually can se the seats. If you prefer personal service please visit Stockholm Cathedral between 9.30-16.00 every day. Please note that the box office is closed during concerts.<\/li>\n
  • How do I order tickets to several events?<\/strong>
    \nYou see the cart in the right corner. Go back with the arrow to landing page for all the events. Choose a new event and put them in the cart. <\/em><\/strong>If you prefer personal service please visit Stockholm Cathedral, open daily between 9.30-16.00.<\/li>\n
  • I cannot use my tickets. Do you do refund?<\/strong>
    \nWe do not refund purchased tickets.<\/li>\n
  • What are the different delivery choices?<\/strong>
    \nWe have\u00a0print at home\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 print on your printer, mobile tickets and delivery by post (Eventim’s Customer Service). A tip is to save the\u00a0print at home<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>ticket on the mobile.<\/li>\n
  • How can I see the seating plans of your churches?<\/strong>
    \nYou can see them under\u00a0Seating plans of our churches<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>and during the buying process on the clickable venue plan.<\/li>\n
  • When do you open the doors?<\/strong>
    \nWe open the doors 30 minutes before the concert, and seats should be occupied 10 minutes before the concert starts.
    \nPlease observe \u2013 no entrance after the concert has begun.<\/li>\n
  • What about wheelchairs?
