- How do I order tickets from this website?
Find the concert that you want to buy a ticket for. Click on MORE DETAILS there you find a button with the text BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE.
We recommend buying on the arena plan – where you actually can se the seats. If you prefer personal service please visit Stockholm Cathedral between 9.30-16.00 every day or phone Eventim’s customer service:

Find the first concert that you want to buy a ticket for. Choose category, price and where you want to be seated. Add it to your cart. Up in the left side corner, you find Back to shop. Click there, and you will be taken back where you started. Click on Show more on the right side over the event and there you find Book tickets to other events!. Click there, and you are taken back to the event listing. We do not refund purchased tickets. But if you have bought the tickets online we recommend selling them on Eventim’s Fansale. - What are the different delivery choices?
We have print at home – print on your printer, mobile tickets and delivery by post (Eventim’s Customer Service). A tip is to save the print at home ticket on the mobile. - How can I see the seating plans of your churches?
You can see them under Seating plans of our churches and during the buying process on the clickable venue plan. - When do you open the doors?
We open the doors 30 minutes before the concert, and seats should be occupied 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Please observe – no entrance after the concert has begun.
- What about wheelchairs?
Yes, we have assigned areas for wheelchairs in both churches. One carer goes free.Tickets can be purchased in Storkyrkan – Stockholm Cathedral or over the phone to Eventim’s Client Service on 0771 130 150. You can also e-mail: info@musikstorkyrkanstjacob.com. Please, give complete contact information including telephone number.
- Do you have group discounts?
Yes, we do have group discounts. Please contact info@musikstorkyrkanstjacob.com and inform which concert, how many tickets and where you want to be seated with complete contact information.
