Non authorized ticket selling to our concerts
A customer contacted us; she had bought tickets to our Lucia concert in Storkyrkan/Stockholm Cathedral via Viagogo. She paid 881 SEK for two good tickets in Storkyrkan. It turned out that what she got was two bad tickets in another church! She spent 881 SEK for seats that cost 180 SEK. We, as an organizer can, unfortunately do nothing about this. There is, as yet, no legislation in place against scalping/re-selling tickets to high prices.
